Soul only collects the data necessary for conducting business with customers. How to Use Customer Data
Soul will use the data provided by customers in different channels in necessary business dealings, including product promotion, order processing, product registration and company account opening, so as to provide transaction services, customer support and safe login to the Soul website.
Product and Service Promotion
Soul must be able to contact customers and inform them of product upgrade, new product launch and new services and information relating to customers’ business, including special promotions (customers can notify us at any time that they do not want to receive any promotion information from Soul).
Accountability and Legal Compliance
Soul (Hong Kong) Limited has advised its employees that they must always put confidentiality and customer privacy in the first place in operations, training and internal procedures.
Soul will take all appropriate disciplinary actions to make sure employees keep their commitment to the Terms of Privacy. In the case Soul outsources part of its support services to other service providers, we will also require such service providers to adhere to the Terms of Privacy of Soul (Hong Kong) Limited.
The Terms of Privacy of Soul (Hong Kong) Limited are developed based on relevant Hong Kong and international privacy regulations.
In order to prove that our terms of privacy are compliant with privacy regulations, we promise to implement relevant voluntary self-verification procedure under the supervision and inspection of governmental authorities of some countries.
